RichLan 15-Day Refund & Exchange Policy

At RichLan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a hassle-free refund or exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Items purchased as final sale or marked as non-refundable are not eligible.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
1. Contact our customer support team at shoprichlan@mail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
3. Follow the instructions provided to ship the item(s) back to us.

Refund Details
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
• Return shipping costs:
• Free exchanges.
• For refunds, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount (if applicable).

Exchanges
• We offer free exchanges for a different size, color, or item (based on availability).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
